A red wine and Dijon-vinaigrette that you’ll be making again and again. Tastes great on all your favorite greens.

Ingredients

fat free reduced sodium vegetable broth

¾ cup(s)

red wine vinegar

1½ Tbsp

olive oil

1½ Tbsp

Dijon mustard

1 Tbsp

garlic clove(s)

1 medium clove(s), minced

table salt

tsp, or to taste

black pepper

tsp, or to taste

Instructions

  1. Pour broth into a medium-size bowl and stir in vinegar, oil and mustard; whisk until combined. Stir in garlic, salt and pepper; mix well. Yields about 2 tablespoons per serving.

Notes

If making in advance, whisk dressing again just before serving.
