Red Wine Vinaigrette Dressing

A red wine and Dijon-vinaigrette that you’ll be making again and again. Tastes great on all your favorite greens.
reduced sodium vegetable broth¾ cup(s)
red wine vinegar1 ½ Tbsp
olive oil1 ½ Tbsp
Dijon mustard1 Tbsp
garlic clove(s)1 clove(s), medium, minced
table salt⅛ tsp, or to taste
black pepper⅛ tsp, or to taste
- Pour broth into a medium-size bowl and stir in vinegar, oil and mustard; whisk until combined. Stir in garlic, salt and pepper; mix well. Yields about 2 tablespoons per serving.
