Deli style roast beef slice(s)
⅓ cup(s), diced
Plain fat free Greek yogurt
½ medium, sliced
⅓ cup(s), shredded
- Combine cumin, oregano, garlic powder, and salt in a cup; sprinkle half over roast beef.
- Coat a medium nonstick skillet with, cooking spray; heat over medium heat. Add beef; cook, turning once, until lightly browned, 2 minutes. Remove beef; set aside.
- Heat tortilla in same skillet over medium heat, turning once until lightly browned, 1 minute.
- Combine remaining spice mixture with cucumber and yogurt. Layer half tortilla with roast beef, yogurt mixture, tomato, and lettuce; fold in half.
- Makes 1 serving.
