Plain fat free Greek yogurt

Honey

2 tsp

Lime zest

1 tsp

Fresh fruit salad

1 cup(s), such as chopped kiwi, blueberries, and raspberries

Cooked quinoa

½ cup(s)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, honey, and zest.
  2. In two cups or jars layer half of the fruit, yogurt, and quinoa. Repeat and garnish with a few pieces of fruit. Chill until serving.
  3. Serving size: 1 jar
