Pimiento Cocktail Toasts

whipped cream cheese6 Tbsp
reduced-fat cheddar cheese1 ½ oz, (about 3 Tbsp), shredded
roasted red peppers (packed in water)3 Tbsp, drained and chopped
cayenne pepper⅛ tsp
- Preheat broiler. Place the slices of bread on broiler rack and broil until lightly toasted on both sides.
- Stir together cream cheese, Cheddar, roasted pepper, and cayenne. Spread evenly on toasts.
