Sweet mini baby bell pepper(s)

Jarred fat-free marinara sauce

Dried oregano

Shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese

Crushed red pepper flakes

  1. Preheat oven to 350℉. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place pepper halves on prepared pan. Spoon 1 tsp sauce into each pepper half. Sprinkle oregano over sauce, and top each with 1 tsp cheese. Bake until cheese is melted, about 12 minutes (or up to 15 for a softer pepper). Sprinkle with red pepper flakes, if using, and let cool slightly before serving.
