S'mores are a quintessential summer dessert that are super-fast, well-loved, and part of any great campfire or backyard gathering. This 4-ingredient, 10-minute version gets a caffeine hit with chopped chocolate-covered espresso beans, and a splash of color from fresh blueberries. The topping combinations for s’mores are endless so get creative with chocolate-covered dried fruit, yogurt-covered nuts, a variety of berries, and more. If you don't have a grill or aren’t lighting a campfire, you can bake these in the oven instead. Just place the s’mores on a baking sheet and cook in a 400°F oven for 3 to 5 minutes.

Mini marshmallows

1¼ cup(s), roughly chopped

Dark chocolate covered espresso beans

¼ cup(s), roughly chopped

  1. Preheat grill to medium heat.
  2. Place 2 rows of graham crackers side by side on a rimmed baking sheet to form a square slab; sprinkle evenly with marshmallows and then sprinkle with espresso beans.
  3. Set pan over indirect heat (to side of heat source). Cover grill; cook until chocolate melts and marshmallows soften, 3 minutes. Remove to a serving platter; gently press blueberries onto slab and serve immediately.
  4. Serving size: 1 whole graham cracker sheet with toppings
