Individual Apple Crisp
1 large, Honeycrisp, peeled, cored, thinly sliced
½ tsp, granulated
Fresh lemon juice
Old-fashioned rolled oats
Packed light brown sugar
1 tsp, melted
- Preheat oven to 375ºF.
- In a small bowl, toss together apple slices, granulated sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and lemon juice; spoon into a 6 oz ramekin.
- In another small bowl, combine oats, brown sugar, and flour; spoon over apples and then drizzle with oil.
- Bake until fruit is bubbly and topping is golden, about 35 to 45 minutes. Cool at least 10 minutes before serving.
