Total time: 21 min • Prep: 15 min • Cook: 6 min • Serves: 4 • Difficulty: Easy

It takes just a few minutes to make this homemade salsa that tastes just like it came from your favorite Mexican restaurant. The chopped parsley in this recipe gives it a unique flavor. If you like a little heat in your salsa, add a few chopped jalapeño peppers. Cut out the seeds and the membranes so that the flavor of the jalapeños won't be overpowering. You can also serve this hearty condiment with a variety of other grilled meats such as pork tenderloin or chicken. Serve this delicious, colorful dish with steamed pea pods for a complete meal.

Ingredients

Cooking spray

1 spray(s)

Uncooked bluefin tuna

20 oz, or other type of tuna, cut into four 5 oz steaks

Fresh parsley

¼ cup(s), chopped

1 Tbsp

Lemon zest

Fresh lemon juice
