Grilled jerk corn by chef eric greenspan
4 large, on the cob, husked and broken in half
2 Tbsp, (or less to taste)
Fresh lime juice
Fresh orange juice
Plain fat free Greek yogurt
- Preheat grill to medium-high.
- Spray corn with cooking spray; grill until charred and tender, rotating a few times, about 8 minutes.
- In a small mixing bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Brush jerk-yogurt sauce over cooked corn; serve.
- Serving size: 1/2 ear corn with about 1/2 Tbsp sauce
