Ingredients
Cooking spray

Extra virgin olive oil
2 tsp
Dijon mustard
2 tsp
Honey
1 tsp
Onion powder
½ tsp
Garlic powder
½ tsp
Red pepper flakes
1 pinch(es)
Lemon zest
1½ tsp, from half a lemon
Fresh lemon juice
1½ Tbsp, from half a lemon (plus extra for serving)
Fresh basil
4 Tbsp, chopped (or any mix of soft herbs like parsley, cilantro, or dill)
Uncooked shrimp
1 pound(s)
Table salt
1 pinch(es), or to taste
Black pepper
1 pinch(es), or to taste

In a medium bowl, whisk oil, mustard, honey, onion powder, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Mix in herbs.

Use a paper towel to pat dry the shrimp. Add shrimp to herb mixture and toss to coat.

Off heat, coat a grill or grill pan with cooking spray. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium high. Grill shrimp about 2 minutes per side, until opaque and cooked through. Season shrimp with salt and pepper. Serve with a squeeze of lemon juice.
