Grilled chicken sausage with pineapple salsa
Cooked chicken sausage(s)
3 oz, cilantro-lime flavor recommended
¼ cup(s), fresh, minced
1 Tbsp, chopped
Uncooked red onion(s)
2 tsp, chopped
1 tsp, finely chopped
¼ item(s), (1 wedge)
Light wheat hot dog roll(s)

- Heat grill pan or outdoor grill to medium-high heat. Grill sausage, turning occasionally, until lightly browned and heated through, 5 minutes.
- Combine pineapple, cilantro, onion and jalapeno in a small bowl; squeeze in lime juice and toss.
- Place salsa in bun; top with sausage.
- Serving size: 1 sausage sandwich
