This is a make-your-own version of frozen yogurt. Trust us, it's worth your 20 minutes of prep time and so much tastier than store-bought. Rather than chopping the strawberries, here’s an even quicker way to prepare them: roughly slice the berries directly into a bowl, then mash with a potato masher. Adding the berries to the lemon juice, sugar and salt mixture causes the berries to release their delicious juices which flavors the yogurt. Give this strawberry dream ample time to freeze, and serve it for dessert or an afternoon snack indulgence topped with a dark chocolate sauce for a truly luxurious treat.
