Fresh cranberry-citrus relish

Holiday spice kicks this no-cook cranberry relish up a notch. The festive, bright red salsa gets a dose of warming seasonings such as fresh ginger and cinnamon that deepen its otherwise raw, fruity flavor. 1 medium, navel variety, peeled and cut into chunks
3 Tbsp, mild variety, such as wildflower
2½ tsp, fresh, peeled, chopped
- Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until finely chopped. Served chilled or at room temperature.
