Ingredients
  • 2 medium uncooked acorn squash
  • 4 tsp reduced-calorie margarine
  • 4 tsp unpacked brown sugar
  • 1/8 tsp table salt, to taste
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper, to taste
Instructions
  1. Halve each acorn squash and remove seeds. Prick flesh all over with fork. Place 1 teaspoon each of margarine and brown sugar into each half.
  2. Place squash, cut-side up, on a dish and microwave on high power for 10 minutes. Season to taste.
