Cranberry-Orange Glazed Ham

Get your Christmas dinner on the table fast with this simple ham recipe. The combination of citrus, cranberries and cloves is quite delicious.
frozen orange juice concentrate2 Tbsp
canned cranberry sauce¼ cup(s)
unpacked brown sugar2 Tbsp
whole cloves1 Tbsp
lean ham2 pound(s)
mandarin orange(s)1 medium, cut into wedges
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- To make glaze, in a small saucepan over low heat, whisk together orange juice concentrate, cranberry sauce and brown sugar until smooth; remove from heat.
- Press cloves into top of ham and place in a baking dish; brush with some glaze. Bake for 1 hour, brushing with glaze every 15 minutes.
- Thinly slice ham, garnish with orange wedges and serve.
