Ingredients

Fresh cranberries

12 oz

Jalapeño pepper

2 medium, seeded and finely chopped

Dark brown sugar

cup(s), packed

Red wine

1 fl oz, (2 tbsp)

Table salt

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a nonreactive saucepan and bring to boil. Boil 1 minute; then reduce heat to low. Simmer until berries pop and mixture is thick, about 10 minutes. Cool and serve.
