Full of chopped tomatoes, onions, and cilantro, this guacamole is loaded with flavor and texture and will make a yummy upgrade to add to your favorite Mexican dishes. Hot sauce gives this rendition it’s heat but if you’d like more kick stir in some finely minced jalapeño as well. Feel free to serve this with the usual suspects like chips, tacos, burritos and raw veggies. Or get adventurous and slather it on burgers instead of mayo or on slices of whole grain bread to make avocado toast. It’s best served immediately but if you need to mix-it up a few hours in advance place plastic wrap directly on the guacamole to prevent browning.
