There’s no question that thick, creamy Greek yogurt is delicious on its own, but its flavor is so mild and versatile the possibilities for its uses are endless. Here, we’ve used it as a base for chocolate chips, peanut butter and blueberries which creates a treat that easily serve as a quick breakfast, afternoon snack or dessert. It can be whipped in matter of minutes and enjoyed immediately or packed in a to-go container and enjoyed while you’re on the run. Experiment and mix up the fruit. Try replacing the blueberries with banana or strawberry slices or chopped apples or pears.
