Pickle fans, rejoice: This easy pizza is made for you! It starts with a convenient store-bought frozen cauliflower pizza crust, onto which we spread barbecue sauce for sweet-salty-smoky notes. After a layer of shredded mozzarella bakes on top until bubbly, we then sprinkle on dill pickle chips and cooked, crumbled bacon. The finishing touch—which echoes the delicious pickle flavor—is fresh dill. It’s a fun, inventive twist on the usual pizza, one that’ll keep you smiling. It’s easy to double if you need to serve more people, or if you want leftovers (which are good cold).

Ingredients

Barbecue sauce

¼ cup(s)

Cauliflower pizza crust

156 gm, frozen

Shredded part skim mozzarella cheese

½ cup(s)

Hamburger pickle chips

cup(s), dill variety

Cooked crisp center cut bacon

3 slice(s), crumbled

Dill

1 Tbsp, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F. Spread the barbecue sauce evenly over the frozen crust, leaving a ½-inch border. Sprinkle evenly with cheese. Place the pizza directly on the oven rack; bake at 425°F until the cheese is bubbly and melted, 8 to 10 minutes.
  2. Carefully slide the oven rack out and top the pizza with the pickles and bacon. Bake until just warmed, about 2 minutes. Remove the pizza from the oven; sprinkle with the dill. Cut the pizza into 6 slices.
