This pizza has all the magical flavors of buffalo chicken wings, served up hot and crispy on a wholegrain flatbread.
Ingredients

Flatout Original flatbread

1 flatbread(s)

shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese

0 cup(s)

blue cheese

2 Tbsp, crumbled

cooked shredded chicken breast

3 oz

hot sauce

2 Tbsp, or to taste

table salt

1 pinch

black pepper

1 pinch

uncooked celery

¼ cup(s), chopped

shredded carrot(s)

¼ cup(s)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Place Flatout flatbread on a cookie sheet; bake 4 minutes. Remove from oven; top evenly with both cheeses.
  3. In a small bowl, combine chicken with hot sauce until blended; season with salt and pepper, if desired. Add chicken to flatbread; scatter celery and carrots over top. Bake until cheese is melted, 4 minutes.
  4. Remove from oven, cut into slices and drizzle with more hot sauce, if desired; serve immediately.
  5. Makes 1 serving.
