Buffalo Chicken Pizza
Shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
2 Tbsp, crumbled
Cooked shredded chicken breast
2 Tbsp, or to taste
¼ cup(s), chopped
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Place Flatout flatbread on a cookie sheet; bake 4 minutes. Remove from oven; top evenly with both cheeses.
- In a small bowl, combine chicken with hot sauce until blended; season with salt and pepper, if desired. Add chicken to flatbread; scatter celery and carrots over top. Bake until cheese is melted, 4 minutes.
- Remove from oven, cut into slices and drizzle with more hot sauce, if desired; serve immediately.
- Makes 1 serving.
