Buffalo Chicken Pizza

This pizza has all the magical flavors of buffalo chicken wings, served up hot and crispy on a wholegrain flatbread.
Flatout Original flatbread1 flatbread
shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese⅔ cup(s)
blue cheese2 Tbsp, crumbled
cooked shredded chicken breast3 oz
hot sauce2 Tbsp, or to taste
table salt1 pinch
black pepper1 pinch
uncooked celery¼ cup(s), chopped
shredded carrot(s)¼ cup(s)
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Place Flatout flatbread on a cookie sheet; bake 4 minutes. Remove from oven; top evenly with both cheeses.
- In a small bowl, combine chicken with hot sauce until blended; season with salt and pepper, if desired. Add chicken to flatbread; scatter celery and carrots over top. Bake until cheese is melted, 4 minutes.
- Remove from oven, cut into slices and drizzle with more hot sauce, if desired; serve immediately.
- Makes 1 serving.
