Surprisingly delicious, this sweet-meets-savory salsa is a delicious dip for tortilla chips, but also a wonderful sauce for cold poached chicken, a nice stand-in for the traditional cranberry relish in a turkey sandwich, and a surprisingly delicious topper for roasted or grilled salmon. Because frozen berries release quite a bit of juice when thawed, you may need to drain them in a fine-mesh strainer before mixing with the other ingredients. A tablespoon of chopped fresh cilantro or basil would be a nice addition to this salsa.
