Starting your day off right is easy when you can get a jumpstart on a healthy breakfast the night before. Overnight cereal bowls are a delicious convenience that makes that possible in a matter of minutes. You can add a sprinkle of chia seeds or ground flax to the mix if it suits your plan. A few drops of flavored extract—vanilla, almond, or maple—ups the flavor ante without the addition of sugar. If you don't do dairy, try this overnight oats recipe with the unsweetened dairy-alternative milk of your choice. Do the same for the yogurt too. There are almond milk and coconut milk yogurts worth trying.
