Add more or less red pepper flakes to meet your taste.
- 2 Tbsp avocado
- 1/4 tsp fresh lime juice
- 1 pinch table salt
- 1 pinch crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 item(s) whole grain crisp bread
- 1 item(s) whole hard boiled egg(s), sliced
Mash avocado with lime juice, salt and red pepper in a small cup. Spread over crispbread and top with egg; season with salt and red pepper (optional).
