This delicious quiche is chock-full of onions, artichokes, and mozzarella cheese. You have to create a water bath so the quiche cooks evenly and doesn't burn, but it's a lot easier than you'd think. Place the pie pan in a large sheet pan, then pour in a little bit of water. The hardest part is getting the setup into the oven! Then, to get it a beautiful golden brown color, you're going to have to broil the quiche. Just keep an eye on it, as broilers can vary in intensity. Feel free to add spinach, mushrooms, and/or garlic to the quiche to mix things up from time to time. You'll love how versatile this recipe is.
