This oily fish is a great source of heart-healthy omega-3 fatty acids. It has a rich flavor that also works well with fresh parsley or thyme and rosé wine.

Ingredients

uncooked arctic char

1 pound(s)

table salt

¼ tsp

black pepper

tsp

fresh tarragon

1 Tbsp, minced

salted butter

1 Tbsp

white wine

¼ cup(s)

Instructions

  1. Preheat broiler to high.
  2. Place fish on a small rimmed baking pan; rub all over with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with tarragon and dot with little pieces of butter; pour wine over fish. Broil fish until no longer translucent in its thickest part, about 8 to 10 minutes. Yields about 3 1/2 ounces fish per serving.
