This is one of the easiest yogurt recipes you'll ever see (or make!). Toasting the almonds and coconut really enhances their flavors, so we recommend not skipping that step. You can toast them together in a skillet, which should only take a few minutes, or feel free to make a big batch and toast them in the oven. That way you'll always have this topping available for whenever a yogurt mood strikes. It's much easier to buy store-bought crystallized (or candied) ginger, but if you have the time, a homemade batch would also be great to have on hand for a healthy, sweet, crunchy snack.


Plain fat free Greek yogurt

Sliced almonds

2 Tbsp, toasted if desired

Unsweetened coconut flakes

1 Tbsp, toasted if desired

Crystallized ginger

2 tsp, finely chopped
