Air fryer sweet potatoes and sprouts

Using an air fryer to cook the sweet potatoes and Brussels sprouts renders both perfectly done at the same time: The potatoes are creamy with a little bit of exterior crust, and the sprouts are tender with browned, crispy edges. To ensure even cooking, make sure to pause the cooking about halfway through and shake the basket to toss the food around.

- Preheat air fryer, if needed, to 375°F. In a large bowl, toss Brussels sprouts, sweet potatoes, and olive oil until well coated. Sprinkle with rosemary, salt, garlic powder, and pepper; toss well to coat.
- Coat air fryer basket with nonstick spray. Spoon vegetable mixture into basket. Air-fry at 375°F until tender, 15 to 18 minutes, pausing and shaking basket after 8 minutes.
- Serving size: about ¾ cup
