Your air fryer can be used in more ways than you may realize! Favin uses hers to make a two-person frittata. Just combine all the ingredients in a 6-inch round baking dish and set it in your air fryer to cook. You’ll end up with a light, veggie-packed meal that you can easily customize using the vegetables you have on hand.
