Toss chicken, teriyaki sauce and 1 tablespoon of chicken broth together in a small bowl; set aside for 15 minutes to marinate. Drain chicken and reserve marinade. Pour marinade into a nonstick skillet and bring to a boil. Boil 1 minute. Add remaining chicken broth to skillet. Add chicken, pepper, scallion and tomato. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently for 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Serve over spaghetti.
