1 small, warm, split in half

soft-type goat cheese

2 Tbsp

cooked turkey bacon

1 slice(s), crumbled


2 tsp, chopped

sea salt

Halve potato and scoop out flesh; mash flesh with cheese and spoon back into skin. Sprinkle with bacon and broil in toaster oven or regular oven until lightly browned; garnish with chives and salt.
