Notes

Preheat the oven to 450°F. Coat tempeh with oil, season to taste and place in a baking dish. Combine breadcrumbs, chili powder and thyme, and cover tempeh with bread crumb mixture and bake. Serve with vegetables, drizzled with lemon juice, and potato.
