Smoked Salmon Canapé on Endive

⅓ head(s), (4 large leaves) trimmed
Combine cream cheese, shallot, dill and lemon juice in a small bowl. Pipe or spread 1/2 Tbsp cream cheese mixture on each endive and top each with 1 piece rolled salmon; garnish with dill.
