Splenda No Calorie sweetener packets

1 tsp, (or other artificial sweetener)

jalapeño pepper

1 medium, (cored, seeded and minced; keep fingers off seeds)


1 small, (minced)

fresh lemon juice

1 tsp

table salt


ground nutmeg

tsp, (or less to taste )


1 item(s), (ripe; diced)


Arrange shrimp on a serving plate. Combine Splenda, jalapeno, shallot, lemon juice, salt and nutmeg in a small glass bowl; stir well to mix. Add papaya and stir gently. Spoon papaya relish over shrimp. (TIME-SAVER TIP: Some supermarkets carry fresh diced papaya in their refrigerated produce section. INGREDIENT SWAP OPTION: Substitute 4 ounces cooked, boneless, skinless chicken breast for the shrimp if desired.)
