Combine shrimp, cabbage, red pepper and scallion in a small salad bowl. Stir together remaining ingredients in a cup; spoon into shrimp mixture and toss gently to coat. (TIME-SAVER TIP: Purchase already shredded cabbage in your supermarket’s produce aisle. And look for already-cooked frozen shrimp to save time, too.)
