ground cinnamon

margarine-butter blend

Preheat broiler. Spray veal with cooking spray and top with shallots and rosemary. Season to taste. Broil to desired degree of doneness, turning once. Top cooked squash with cinnamon and butter. Serve veal with squash and steamed vegetables.
