Plain fat free yogurt

dried oregano

¼ tsp, (crushed)


½ cup(s), (finely chopped)

fresh tomato(es)

1 small, (finely chopped)

fat-free hard or semi-soft cheese

2 Tbsp, (crumbled fat-free feta cheese suggested)


Combine yogurt and oregano in a small bowl. Spoon 1/3 of yogurt mixture into a tall glass; top with cucumber. Spoon a second layer of yogurt mixture over cucumber layer; top with tomato. Stir together remaining 1/3 of yogurt with feta cheese; spoon over tomato. (INGREDIENT ADDITION OPTION: Add 2 sliced radishes and/or a chopped scallion for a zesty bite. Garnish with a dill sprig if desired.)
