How to Prepare
Mix yogurt, vanilla extract, and honey. Fold in raspberries and spread in an 8-x8-inch brownie pan lined with foil. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and shredded coconut. Freeze for several hours or overnight; let defrost for a few minutes and then cut into 8 squares, then cross slice into triangles. Store in a container in freezer. Yields 4 triangles per serving.
