Notes

Preheat oven to 450°F degrees and coat a large baking sheet with cooking spray. Toss fries with oil and season to taste with salt and pepper and optional spices or herbs. Spread fries in a single layer on baking sheet. Bake for 35-45 minutes or until golden, flipping once.

Next, top cooked mushroom with tomatoes and sprinkle with cheese; heat in oven, toaster oven or microwave until cheese melts. Serve on toasted muffin with fresh basil. Enjoy with sweet fries and fresh vegetables.
