Peach Salsa & Chicken Burrito

roasted skinless boneless chicken breast

flour tortilla(s)

peach salsa

2 Tbsp

low fat cheddar or colby cheese

1 oz, shredded

uncooked carrot(s)

Preheat oven to 350°F. Heat oil in nonstick pan. Sauté onion and peppers until tender. Place chicken, onion, and pepper down center of tortilla. Top with salsa and cheese. Roll tortilla and place seam-side down on baking sheet. Bake until crispy. Serve with vegetable sticks and remaining salsa.
