How to Prepare
Bring water, ginger, orange peel and cinnamon stick to a boil in a small saucepan; reduce heat to low, simmer 5 minutes.Remove pan from heat; add tea bag and steep 5 minutes. Remove tea bag and pour into a tea cup (strain if desired); garnish with an optional orange slice.
