In a microwave-safe ramekin or small shallow baking dish, combine pasta, tomatoes with their liquid, 3 tablespoons mozzarella and 1 tablespoon Pecorino; season with salt and pepper. Top with remaining mozzarella and Pecorino and microwave until heated through (then put under broiler to brown, if desired); garnish with basil and red pepper flakes.
