Notes

Place bacon, beans, celery, scallion and tomatoes in a small salad bowl. Combine dressing, thyme, salt and pepper in a cup and stir well; pour over salad and toss to coat. (SHOPPING TIP: Minimize produce waste. If you only plan to use 1 chopped celery stalk or a few cherry tomatoes, buy that exact amount from your supermarket salad bar.)
