Notes

Combine avocado, tomato, lime juice, jalapeno, salt and cumin in a small bowl. Separate endive into individual leaves and use for dipping. (PREP TIP: Baby romaine lettuce leaves or radicchio leaves also make handy dippers for this snack.)
