Greek Chicken Wrap

cooked boneless skinless chicken breast(s)

3 oz, cut into thick strips

dried oregano

¼ tsp

whole-wheat tortilla(s)

1 medium, warmed

plain fat free Greek yogurt

1 Tbsp


2 Tbsp, diced

fresh tomato(es)

2 Tbsp, diced


Heat a small nonstick skillet over medium heat. Sprinkle chicken with oregano; add to skillet and cook just until warmed, about 1 minute. Place in tortilla along with yogurt, cucumber, and tomato. Garnish with fresh mint or cilantro if desired.
