Gingered-Green Bean and Tomato Salad

frozen cut green beans

½ cup(s), halved or quartered
Combine ginger and oil in a cup; heat in microwave until hot and then set aside to cool. Place green beans in a small microwaveable bowl with a teaspoon water; cover and microwave until crisp-tender. Immediately immerse green beans in a bowl of ice water; drain well. Toss cooled green beans and tomatoes with ginger-oil in a bowl; season with salt and pepper.
