Garlicky Tzatziki Dip with Pita
plain fat free Greek yogurt
1 Tbsp, or mint, chopped
fresh lemon juice
whole wheat pita
Combine yogurt, red onion, dill, lemon juice, and garlic salt. Coat a small (1 oz) whole wheat pita with cooking spray; sprinkle with a pinch of garlic salt and cut into 4 or 6 wedges. Toast until browned and crispy. Enjoy dip with pita (and optional, cucumber rounds or spears).
