Coat a small nonstick skillet with cooking spray and set over medium heat. Add apple slices. Cook apples for 3 minutes on one side. Turn apples over, sprinkle with cinnamon and Splenda, and cook until apple is fragrant and tender. Spoon over oatmeal.

Time-Saver tip: Get the same great taste by skipping the cooked apples and topping your oats with 1/4 cup of unsweetened chunky applesauce seasoned with cinnamon and Splenda.
