Fresh Apple-Cinnamon Oats
1 small, cored and sliced into thin wedges
Splenda No Calorie sweetener packets
1 tsp, or other artificial sweetener
Coat a small nonstick skillet with cooking spray and set over medium heat. Add apple slices. Cook apples for 3 minutes on one side. Turn apples over, sprinkle with cinnamon and Splenda, and cook until apple is fragrant and tender.
