shelled edamame

cooked long grain brown rice

cooked boneless skinless chicken breast

asian stir-fry sauce

In a medium bowl, microwave vegetables until heated through; pour off any water. Stir in edamame, rice, chicken and stir-fry sauce; microwave, covered, until heated through. Garnish with cilantro and/or scallions.
