Chicken Vegetable Kebab on a Bed of Rice

cooked long grain brown rice
uncooked boneless skinless chicken breast
Marinate chicken in dressing. Preheat grill. Place chicken cubes on a metal skewer one piece at a time, alternating with peppers. Grill until chicken is no longer pink, turning once. Serve with brown rice.
