Notes

Preheat oven to 375°F. Coat a small baking dish with cooking spray. Spread spaghetti in dish; top with chicken. Combine tomatoes and pepper strips together in a small bowl; spoon over chicken. Combine mozzarella cheese and grated cheese topping together in a cup; sprinkle over tomato mixture. Bake until hot, about 5 minutes. Broil for 1 minute to brown cheese topping. (INGREDIENT SWAP OPTION: Make a vegetarian version of this meal by substituting tofu or a cooked vegetable such as zucchini, portobello mushrooms or eggplant for the chicken.)
